Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under specific, verifiable conditions to ensure fairness and protect both our customers and our business.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may be eligible for an exchange if you receive:

  • A wrong product (e.g., different item than ordered).
  • An expired item.
  • A physically damaged item (damage sustained during transit).

Exchange Request Requirements

To process an exchange, please ensure you meet the following conditions:

  • Evidence is crucial: All exchange requests must be supported by a clear unboxing video. This video must show the issue (wrong product, expiry, or damage) in a single, uninterrupted shot from the moment the package is opened.
  • Timely Submission: Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at support@khetiyok.in or initiate the request through our website.
  • Product Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and untampered with.
  • Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock for the requested item.
  • Serviceable Locations: Exchanges are only possible at locations serviceable by our logistics partners.
  • Associated Items: If your item came with free gifts or was part of an offer, all associated items must be returned together to process the exchange.

Important Considerations

  • Internal Quality Check: All exchange requests are subject to approval by our internal quality check team.
  • Right to Reject: Khetiyok reserves the absolute right to reject exchange claims if the provided evidence is insufficient, tampered with, or does not clearly and unequivocally show the reported issue.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain products, particularly those with a limited shelf life or specific hygiene considerations, may be non-exchangeable. This will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.
  • Refunds: Our policy focuses on exchanges. Refunds are generally not offered unless an exchange for an eligible item is not possible due to stock unavailability or logistical limitations.
  • Processing Time: Once your exchange request is approved, we will process the exchange within 5-7 business days. You will be notified once the new shipment is dispatched.
