Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
• How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email us at support@khetiyok.in.
• Post-Dispatch Orders: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or recalled under any circumstances.
• Refund Timeline: Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days from the date of confirmation.
• Non-Eligible Scenarios: Cancellations will not be entertained for:
  • Custom-made or specially ordered items.
  • Bulk or commercial orders once processed.
• Proof of Request: Customers are advised to retain a copy of the cancellation request confirmation email for reference.
